Project Scope

The specific project scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, technical requirements, and responsibilities will be defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Requests outside the agreed project scope may require additional time and fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, system access, credentials, approvals, feedback, and other information necessary to complete the project. Delays in receiving required information may affect delivery schedules.

Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or milestone schedule. Third-party expenses such as hosting, software licences, cloud services, APIs, advertising budgets, domains, or subscriptions are not included unless specifically stated.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property ownership of custom deliverables will be transferred according to the applicable project agreement after required payments are completed. Third-party software, open-source libraries, reusable frameworks, and pre-existing Zavtech AI technology remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms.

AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated content, recommendations, code, predictions, and automated outputs may require human review. Clients are responsible for validating outputs before using them for critical business, financial, legal, medical, security, or operational decisions.

Third-Party Platforms

Zavtech AI may integrate third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations caused by external service providers.

Liability

We aim to deliver reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment. Liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant service agreement.

Updates

Zavtech AI may update these Terms when services or business practices change.
